Responsibilities - Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians
- Develop evidence-based behavioral health programs and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage complex psychiatric cases through telehealth, home-based, and facility-based care
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support behavioral health integration
Qualifications - MD or DO
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience treating adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions
- Experience with integrated behavioral health, telehealth, or geriatric psychiatry is a plus
- Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure
