Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity Oregon
A well-established Level II trauma center is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collaborative and growing team.
Position Highlights:
- Practice exclusively at a Level II Trauma Center
- Join a 3-surgeon Orthopedic Trauma team with dedicated APC support (expanding team)
- 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling
- Shared coverage of trauma clinic, OR, and call (resident takes first call)
- Strong support from an Orthopedic Residency Program with opportunities to teach residents and medical students
- Diverse case mix including:
- Orthopedic trauma
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Pediatric and geriatric fractures
- Periarticular fractures
- Pelvis and acetabular trauma
- Non-unions
(No requirement for revision arthroplasty)
- Large referral network serving 300,000+ population across multiple counties
- Access to a high-quality ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures
Qualifications:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with interest in teaching and mentorship
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
