Join a Thriving Pediatric Practice in Eastern Montana We are seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic serving infants, children, and adolescents. This is a turn-key opportunity with a ready-made patient panel , strong clinical support, and meaningful involvement in newborn care and community health.

Role Overview You will provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting while also participating in newborn care and hospital-related responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Advanced Practice Providers and a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities - Provide outpatient care for acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Perform physical exams and in-office procedures
- Attend newborn deliveries and manage infant care/discharge planning
- Participate in rotating pediatric/newborn call schedule
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor APPs
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- NRP certification
- Active Montana medical license (or eligibility)
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
