Join a High-Quality Outpatient Pediatric Practice We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-structured outpatient clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Role Overview As a Pediatrician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive services, acute illness management, and chronic condition follow-up. You ll work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based pediatrics .
Key Responsibilities - Provide well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Maintain a patient panel with patients per day
- Educate families on health, nutrition, safety, and development
- Coordinate referrals to pediatric subspecialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Follow clinical quality standards and best practices
Schedule & Work Environment - Monday Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts optional)
- 100% outpatient setting
- No call, no weekends
Compensation - Salary: $228,000 $350,000 annually
