You'll join a primary care practice recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Level 3 by the NCQA the highest recognition level available. That's not just a plaque on the wall. It means you'll be the leader of a true care team: nurses, care coordinators, psychologists, social workers, and lactation consultants all working alongside you to take care of the whole child, not just the chief complaint.
What your day looks like
You'll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for infants, children, and adolescents well visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, immunizations, and everything in between. When a patient needs more than what you can offer in the exam room, you're backed by a coordinated referral network and a team that helps you close the loop, not just hand it off.
And when the office closes for the day? Our after-hours nurse triage line handles first-line calls, so you're not fielding pages at 9pm about a fever that could've waited until morning.
What we're looking for
- MD or DO
- Board eligible or board certified in General Pediatrics
- Eligible for an unrestricted Delaware medical license and DEA registration
