Primary Care Physician Job Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and/or family patient population. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management in a well-supported, patient-centered clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions across adult and family populations.
- Conduct annual wellness visits and age-appropriate health screenings.
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for or able to obtain Oregon medical licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
Position Highlights
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- On-Call: Limited to after-hours telephone coverage only (no in-person weekend call)
- Openings: Multiple positions available with urgent hiring needs
