Occupational Medicine Physician

• Perform Level 2 Workers Compensation evaluations (certification required)

• Conduct DOT physical exams (DOT cert required)

• Complete impairment ratings and M164s

• Document efficiently in EPIC EMR

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery or BE with scheduled board exam date

• Active Colorado license or ability to obtain before start (IMLC accepted)

• Level 2 Workers Compensation certification (mandatory)

• Active DOT certification at time of application

• Active BLS and DEA licenses

• Clean malpractice and background checks (NPDB self-inquiry report highly preferred)

Location:
