Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Welders to join Proman Skilled Trades. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their welding skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. As an Entry Level Welder, you will assist with metal fabrication projects, interpret technical drawings, and operate various welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal materials.
- Work with galvanized sheet metal, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and follow work instructions and shop procedures.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the welding process.
- Assist with general shop duties as needed.
- Work overtime when required to meet production demands.
Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of welding experience.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
