Competitive Pay Based on Experience
- Entry Level: Starting at $19.94/hr
- Junior Level: Starting at $22.34/hr
- Senior Level: Starting at $24.65/hr
Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities? We are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before downtime occurs
Complete repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently
Maintain maintenance records and documentation
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Work Environment:
• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Standing, walking, lifting, and using tools throughout shift
• Safety-focused workplace with PPE requirements
