This is a high-volume, beer-focused bartending position where speed, efficiency, and product knowledge are key. Youll be responsible for delivering consistently great service, maintaining strong awareness behind the bar, and creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesFast-Paced Service Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, managing multiple orders at once while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a positive attitude.Craft Beer Expertise (Primary Focus) Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our beer program, including styles, flavor profiles, and seasonal offerings. Confidently guide guests through selections and make thoughtful Experience Engage with guests in a genuine and approachable way. Create a fun, welcoming environment while staying attentive and in control of your bar top.Beer & Basic Cocktail ExecutionPour beer properly and consistently with attention to quality and presentationExecute a small menu of classic cocktails (vodka soda, margarita, old fashioned, etc.) with consistency and speedMaintain efficiency without sacrificing qualityBar Awareness & Teamwork Maintain full awareness of the bar, including guest needs, ticket flow, and team support. Jump in where needed to keep service moving smoothly.Bar Operations Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Ensure glassware, taps, and equipment are maintained throughout service.Compliance & Safety Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies, including ID checks and responsible service practices.Cash Handling & Accuracy Accurately handle transactions and maintain a balanced drawer in a fast-paced setting.Inventory & Support Assist with stocking, keg changes, and general bar upkeep.
