Sous Chef Requirements:

2 years prior experience in a Sous Chef position
HANDS-ON Chef with a background used to systems and routines
Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
Experience in quality scratch kitchens
Used to very high-volume sales
Professional image & demeanor
