Outbacker Position

Responsibilities include making memorable first and last impressions with a smile, using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations, answering the phone in a prompt and professional manner, demonstrating teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant, accurately processing orders, demonstrating commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements include ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs, able to work in hot and cold environments, ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping, manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems, ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
