Role Description
- Own our US supplier relationships. You're the person our manufacturing and co-packing partners call. You'll build those relationships day to day, keep them accountable, and make sure nothing slips.
- Run demand planning and reordering. Forecast what we need, when we need it, and place orders against it. You'll be balancing subscription volume, new launches and stock cover - with real consequences if you get it wrong.
- Control quality with our partner supplier. Set the standards, run the checks, chase the issues down to root cause.
- Be our point of contact in the US. For our co-manufacturer, our 3PL, our logistics partners - you're the person on the ground.
- Support our US launch and our product pipeline.
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years' experience post-university, in a consumer goods business - food, beverage, supplements, or adjacent
- Hands-on exposure to supply chain, operations, planning or procurement (you don't need to have done all of it)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets. You should be comfortable building a forecast and defending the numbers in it
- Someone who chases things down. Suppliers go quiet, shipments slip, POs get missed - we need someone who notices and fixes it without being asked
- Clear, direct communicator. You'll be representing Reformed to every partner we have in this market
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where the scope changes and the answer isn't always written down
Nice to have: experience with a DTC or subscription brand, exposure to co-manufacturers and 3PLs, familiarity with import/customs, or a working knowledge of FDA labelling and supplement compliance.
