EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 0-1 years of experience, may require Direct Care Training as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
60;
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks
- Assists in checking vital signs, height and weight as assigned
- Collects and maintains records of fluid intake and output
- Reports on the condition of residents
- Participates in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers
