Requirements:
Valid CDL-A
Minimum 1 year of OTR CDL-A driving experience within the last 5 years
Must have or be able to obtain a tanker endorsement
21 years of age
Will not accept CDL automatic restriction
No more than 2 moving violations within the last year
Must pass DOT Medical exam
Must pass drug & alcohol clearinghouse
