About the Role: Reset You MD is looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team in Winter Garden, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in skincare and beauty treatments to a welcoming environment where you can truly make clients feel their best. We are looking for someone part time as we ramp up, but will transition into full time!
Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation services
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Hydra-Facial, Skin Pen Microneedling, Derma planning, chemical peels.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend professional-grade products
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay current on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Requirements: - Valid Florida Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required
- Strong sales experience and customer relations.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics setting preferred
- Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
