Job type - 12 months contract with possible extension
Role Overview
We are seeking Electrical & Wiring Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing team in Foxboro, MA.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using hand and power tools.
- Perform crimping and termination of small-gauge wires.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Complete electrical wiring and mechanical assembly on medium to large assemblies.
- Follow work instructions and accurately complete production documentation.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
- Follow 5S and continuous improvement practices.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve processes and product quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, gauges, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred:
- Previous electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Experience assembling electrical control panels or industrial equipment.
