Rate: $24.01/hr on W2
Shift:
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday
Post Training Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
7.75 hours/day, 38.75 hours/week
May be required to work onsite during the initial training period

Hybrid position with potential onsite attendance during training.

Job Summary
As an Associate Adjuster, you will play a vital role in supporting CLIENT's claims organization by providing critical claims services to customers following unexpected events. This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and focuses on investigating, evaluating, and helping settle customer claims while meeting key performance goals and service metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Perform claim processing and payment functions on non-complex personal auto insurance claims across multiple states.
Review electronic claim files for completeness and obtain missing information following established procedures.
Conduct outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
Develop knowledge of insurance coverages, claim processing requirements, and internal claims systems.
Obtain appraisals and additional required information from insured parties according to established guidelines.
Update and maintain electronic claim files with accurate information and documentation.
Interpret customer inquiries and provide appropriate options and guidance.
Establish predetermined reserves and communicate next steps to insured parties.
Collect, organize, and file bills and supporting documentation.
Manage appraisal, rental, and vendor-related processes.
Confirm claim resolutions and payment amounts.
Support Claims Service Representative activities, including handling inbound claim assistance calls and escalating complex claims when necessary.

Education Requirements
Associate degree or currently pursuing an associate degree strongly preferred.
Required Experience
1 3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Ability to use a personal computer and standard office equipment.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (75% 90% of the workday).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
