FRIENDS & FAMILY DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

1-day class for certification
Certification is valid to train a single friend or family member
Trainees are required to run 60 days of OTR 7/2 or 12/3 according to the experienced OTR driver hiring map prior to moving to another fleet
Qualification Standards:
Requires 6 months of OTR experience
Safe driving record
Friends & Family Mentor Class:
Classes can be coordinated with partners' orientation

Same pay and bonuses for the duration of training
$75 for mentor class
$100 referral bonus
Solo CPM for all truck miles
Additional .10cpm for all miles with a student on the truck
