Property Manager
Our client, a dynamic, diversified real estate company, that is growing tremendously, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational aspects for mixed use residential and commercial properties. Experience with these types of properties is highly preferred. This position will act as the on-site manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervising, leasing, & maintenance personnel. The position will be a key person involved in the development & execution of the planned growth & expansion of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards.
- Oversee the successful performance of the properties
- Oversee all marketing & leasing activities
- Main point of contact for all tenants
- Supervise all property staff
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of property or community association management experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium).
