1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Sunday through Wednesday

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a key role in producing high-quality composite panels while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Support 5S and TPM initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and required PPE guidelines.
- Handle and dispose of chemicals and production waste according to company procedures.
- Participate in overhead crane training and safely operate equipment as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
