Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Boston based real estate company to identify an Accountant to join their growing team.

- They are developing over 18m square feet in Boston alone
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Accountant will:
- Assist with the monthly close; processing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and cash management activities
- Maintain bank accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations
- Perform journal entries for applicable accounts, assist with accounting close
- Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or experience equivalent (+2 years)
- Yardi proficiency preferred
Salary Range:
$55,000 - 70,000
