Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 33 salaried, multi state employees
• Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies and deductions
• Support recruiting logistics including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Document and escalate employee relations matters as needed

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

• Strong hands on ADP payroll experience (Workforce Now Next Gen preferred)
• Prior HR Generalist experience; nonprofit background is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (basic-intermediate), Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to operate independently in a high trust, temporary role

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
