Job title: Director of Financial Reporting
Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

Key Responsibilities (Director of Financial Reporting):
- Own the company's SEC reporting function, including preparation and review of all 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other required SEC filings
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant external financial reporting in accordance with SEC and GAAP requirements
- Serve as the technical accounting expert, researching and implementing new accounting standards and reporting requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Director of Financial Reporting):
- 10+ years of accounting experience preferred
- 4+ years independently managing SEC reporting preferred
- CPA preferred
