Duties include Embroidery Operator, Heat Press Operator & Production Scheduling
Embroidery Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines.
- Load, hoop, and prepare garments for embroidery.
- Monitor machine performance and quality throughout production runs.
- Perform thread changes and basic machine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Heat Press Operator
- Previous embroidery machine experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
Heat Press Responsibilities:
- Apply transfers, vinyl, DTF, and other graphics using heat press equipment.
- Prepare garments and materials for production.
- Ensure correct placement, temperature, pressure, and timing.
- Inspect finished products for quality standards.
- Maintain production records and workflow organization.
- Keep equipment and workstations clean and safe.
Qualifications:
- Experience with heat press equipment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Production scheduling Responsibilities:
- Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
- Coordinate workflow between embroidery, heat press, and fulfillment departments.
- Monitor order deadlines and prioritize production accordingly.
- Communicate production status with management and customer service teams.
- Track inventories and material availability.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
