Class A Flatbed Regional Dalton, OH TransForce is seeking Class A Flatbed drivers for a Direct Hire position in Dalton, OH.
CDL A Driver Details - Schedule: Monday- Friday home every weekend, 2-3 nights out per week
- Pay: $37.50 per hour, OT after 40 hours
- Route Type: Regional 400 mile radius, usually within 200-300 miles from terminal
- Freight / Load Type: steel products, building materials, pipe, lumber
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Strap and tarp when needed. If you tarp more than 3 times per week there is a $75 bonus
- Trucks have refrigerators and hook ups for microwaves.

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 2 years driving, 1 year flatbed
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Driver Responsibilities: - Safely operate NON CDL vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including strapping and tarping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
