Starting Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
As a Grinding / Deburring Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality sheet metal components by:
- Performing deburring operations using handheld and bench grinders
- Removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal parts
- Inspecting finished components for quality and accuracy
- Using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify specifications
- Following established safety procedures and company standards
- Maintaining grinding equipment and keeping work areas clean
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve production goals
- Supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous grinding, deburring, or sheet metal experience preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and metal fabrication processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the department
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands and arms
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses

- Gloves
- Apron
- Steel-toed footwear
- Safety belt when required
Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to:
