TransForce is seeking established CDL A vacation relief drivers. Operations are based in Wichita, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay: $100,000 per year, per driver, plus annual Safety Bonus
- Schedule: No set schedule. OTR (Home Weekly)
Job Details
- Route Type: OTR

- Equipment: Dry van or flatbed
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate flatbed or dry vans on OTR routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- License: CDL A
- Equipment Experience: Flatbed or dry van
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
