We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team and Solo Drivers.
- Pay:
- Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID
- Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID
- Mileage:
- Most teams average 5,000-5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)
- Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week
- Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split
- Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days

- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Per Driver)

- Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)
- Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops
- Breakdowns & weather delays covered
- Orientation pay: $500

- Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic
