Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, ductwork, etc.)
Perform site inspections, load calculations, and system testing
Connect refrigerant lines, wiring, and ventilation systems
Diagnose issues and recommend repairs or replacements
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HVAC codes
Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time
Provide professional, responsive customer service
Accurately document work performed and materials used
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems/components
Great communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
