Production Aluminum MIG/TIG Welder (Vancouver, WA)
Hiring experienced production welders and welding team leads.
Pay:
- Welder: $25-$26/hr.
- Lead/Supervisor: $35-$37/hr.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri. Typical shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (lead shift may be 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Occasional overtime.
Responsibilities:
- TIG & MIG aluminum welding to blueprint specifications
- Read blueprints and welding symbols
- Use hand tools, clamps, grinders; make basic jigs/fixtures
- Rig and move parts safely between departments
- Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment
- Maintain a clean, orderly workspace; attend daily team meetings
- Support continuous improvement and lean practices
- Lead role: mentor/train welders, coordinate workflow, enforce quality/safety
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years production MIG/TIG aluminum welding experience
- Strong fit/finishing skills, attention to detail, reliable work ethic
- Ability to read product prints
- Must pass pre-employment weld test
- Lead role: 1-2 years supervising production teams preferred
