Job description

The Simons Firm, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice. Our firm represents clients in a broad range of complex matters, with a primary focus on civil and commercial litigation, probate law, trust and estate litigation, and real estate disputes.

As a small, collaborative firm, we provide associates with meaningful hands-on experience from the outset. Associates work closely with experienced attorneys, gaining substantial responsibility in drafting pleadings and motions, developing case strategy, participating in hearings and depositions, conducting discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

This position is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and offers a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with strong organizational abilities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop as a civil litigator while working as part of a collegial and supportive team.
