General Responsibilities:Organize assigned store operations and delegate responsibilities to staffProactively manage the assigned store to meet and report performance metricsEffectively build strong relationships, lead and develop a teamResponsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff developmentMaintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and proceduresCultivate and maintain a healthy culture Compensation: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
