Job Overview HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers experienced with load securement and tarping for Flatbed positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.
Qualifications - Active CDL Class A license
- Flatbed experience
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
Compensation and Bonuses - Base pay: 70 cents per mile
- Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Pay for every load, regardless of whether a tarp is needed
- Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
- Weekly pay range: $1,505-$2,175

Equipment Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 567 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:

- Removable rider seat
