Qualifications
- Active CDL Class A license
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
Compensation and Bonuses Solo Drivers - Base pay: 65 cents per mile
- Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
- 99% no touch
- Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250
Team Drivers - Base pay: 77 cents per mile
- Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
- 99% no touch
- Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)

Equipment Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include:

- Removable rider seat
