We are seeking a motivated and experienced Professional Training and Coaching Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs, provide one-on-one and group coaching, and help employees or clients develop the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their professional goals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for learning, leadership, and personal development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees and clients. Conduct virtual and in-person workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions. Assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback. Create training materials, presentations, and learning resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Coach individuals and teams to improve performance, communication, and leadership skills. Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress reports. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in professional development. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in training, coaching, learning and development, or a related role. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Skills Training or coaching certification is a plus. Experience developing online learning content.
