CDL A Liquid Tanker Driver - Regional Routes - $2,000-$2,200 Per Week + $12,000 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking experienced CDL A Liquid Tanker Drivers for a full-time regional driving opportunity based near Ashtabula, OH. This is a stable, high-paying position offering excellent weekly earnings, modern equipment, premium benefits, and consistent home time.
Pay & Schedule - $2,000-$2,200 average weekly earnings
- Top drivers can earn $100,000+ annually
- $12,000 sign-on bonus
- $200 additional pay for optional Canadian border crossings
- Safety inspection bonuses up to $300
- Weekly pay
- Full-time with a regional schedule
- 2-3 overnight trips per week
- Home weekends
- Typical workdays range from 10-14 hours, in compliance with DOT regulations
Job Details - Regional driving position covering Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and surrounding Midwest areas
- Most routes operate within approximately a 100-mile radius of Ashtabula, with some extended regional runs as needed
- Drivers are typically out 2-3 days at a time
- Loading and unloading required using pump and compressor systems
- Electronic logs and paperwork managed through Transflo
- PPE provided by employer; drivers are responsible for providing steel-toed rubber boots
Key Responsibilities - Safely transport liquid tanker freight on assigned regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Load and unload product using onboard pump/compressor equipment
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide professional and reliable service at customer delivery locations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and terminal support teams
Minimum Requirements - Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Tanker endorsement required
- Must be willing to obtain a TWIC card
- Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
- Ability to handle physical aspects of loading/unloading and required PPE usage
