Additional Information CDL A Driver - No Touch - $31 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Union City, CA.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details - Schedule:
- Thursday Night - Tuesday Morning
- Wednesday Night- Monday Morning
- 10pm - 2am Start time, 10-14 hour shifts
- Pay: $31 Per Hour, $1,400 - $1,500 Estimated weekly pay
- Equipment: Tandem Axle Tractor with 53' Trailer or 48' Liftgate Trailer (Reefer Trailers)
- Handling: No touch besides 1 stop requires off loading with electric pallet jack
CDL A Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: None
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities: - Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
