Additional Information CDL A Driver - Day Shift - $30 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Richmond, CA.
CDL A Details - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time,Typical shifts are 8-10 hours, with occasional longer days depending on workload
- Pay: $30 Per Hour
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,800
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Construction material
- Equipment: Flatbed Load is pre-loaded; driver responsible for securing (no tarping required)
- Handling: No touch freight
CDL A Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable FLATBED driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities: - Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
