Additional Information CDL A Driver - $24 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Detroit, MI.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details: - Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday as needed, 4pm Start time
- Pay: $24 Per hour + OT after 40 hours
- Freight / Load Type: Auto parts
- Equipment: May be Manual Transmission
- Handling: No touch, Drivers are required to chain and secure loads prior to transport
CDL A Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: No Auto Restrictions
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities: - Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
