Additional Information OTR CDL A Flatbed Driver - Over $2,000 Per Week TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Dallas, TX.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details - Schedule: 70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time
- Pay: $0.62 Per Mile, goes up depending on experience, Per diem is $35 Per night, Tarp pay is $50 PER tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 Per Hour, after the first hour and a half
- Route Type: OTR to Midwest
- Freight / Load Type: Roofing and construction materials
- Equipment: New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions
- Handling: Tarping and Strapping
CDL A Minimum Requirements: - License: CDL A
- Experience: Recent graduates accepted
- Endorsements: None
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities: - Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes
- Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
