Job Requirements Additional Information OTR CDL A Flatbed Driver - Earn Over $150,000 Per Year TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Gulfport, MS.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details - Schedule: 2 weeks out, 4 days home
- Pay: $0.62cpm, or $0.67cpm with Hazmat/TWIC endorsement and 5 years of experience. Per Diem is $35/night, Tarp pay is $50 Per tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 per hour after the first hour and a half
- Route Type: OTR, 2 weeks out, Home time 2 to 4 days
- Freight / Load Type: Describe load and route specifics
- Equipment: Mack Anthem with Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmission
- Handling: Tarping and strapping
CDL A Minimum Requirements: - Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: Hazmat & TWIC card preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities: - Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes
- Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
