Job Opening Blevins, Inc. has an opening for a dependable individual with a positive attitude to fill a full-time
Delivery Driver - CDL A position for local and regional deliveries.
Blevin's equipment: Box Truck & Day cab tractor and 53' van trailer with electric lift-gate. Pallet jacks and dollies are provided in each trailer.
What you will do - Individual must be detail oriented for accuracy in filling orders.
- Ability to manage "touch freight," including loading and unloading of materials.
- Operating material handling equipment safely
- Meeting company accuracy standards
- Ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment
- Loading heavy materials onto trucks, lift and move up to 100 pounds, and drive a forklift
- Follow all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations, including hours of service.
Qualifications - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- High School or Equivalent Education
- Understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
- Strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
- Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Forklift Experience a plus
