The HVAC Air Filter Supervisor manages the replacement of HVAC air filters and coil cleaning across a diverse range of commercial, industrial, educational, and religious facilities. This role operates primarily Monday through Friday with some weekend shifts, leading small teams dispatched daily from the company office. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety compliance, effective communication, punctuality, and high-quality service while maintaining manual records and coordinating local travel. A clean driving record and physical ability to work on ladders and lifts are essential to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC air filter replacement and coil cleaning tasks
- Lead small teams of 2-3 members on daily service jobs
- Coordinate dispatches from the office and manage local travel
- Ensure compliance with ladder and lift safety protocols
- Maintain accurate manual logs and job reporting
- Promote punctuality, initiative, and efficient work pace
- Support flexible scheduling including overtime and weekend shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- Proven experience with HVAC filter replacement and coil cleaning
- Knowledge and practice of ladder and lift safety
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Demonstrated reliability and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC air filter servicing
- High school diploma or equivalent
