Responsibilities - Perform MIG welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding diagrams
- Set up and adjust welding equipment for proper operation
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications - 1-2 years of MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
