Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Perform repairs and equipment installations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Interact professionally with residents to address HVAC issues
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and replace defective parts
- Respond promptly to emergency HVAC situations
- Promote energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance
