Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician
Wrench Guys HVAC is a growing commercial and residential HVAC company serving customers throughout Massachusetts. We're looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team and help support one of our largest service territories in Central Massachusetts.
This position includes a mix of commercial and residential service work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and light installation work.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Service residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins and ice machines
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Diagnose electrical and control issues
• Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Recommend repairs when appropriate

• Walk-In Coolers & Freezers
• Reach-In Refrigeration
• Ice Machines
Qualifications
• 5+ years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
Preferred:
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License
• Oil and Gas License
• Commercial refrigeration experience
• ServiceTitan experience
