Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced
HVAC Installer to join our team! In this role, you will install heating and air conditioning systems and hot water heaters in residences or commercial establishments.
Responsibilities: - Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and hot water heaters.
- Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment.
- Install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drains.
- Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Treat every customer's home with care and respect.
- Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with the office and customers.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications: - Past experience as an HVAC Installer or comparable education
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA Certification
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
