Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a client in Sparks, NV. This role involves product and final assembly operations, ensuring all work meets specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (10-20 gauge preferred)
- Complete product and final assembly tasks
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Experience with MIG welding or formal welding training
- Ability to work with 10-20 gauge sheet metal
- Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements)
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to quality and safety standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must pass a background check
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Pay: $22.00/hour
