Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced
HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you will service, repair and perform seasonal maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
Responsibilities: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Install replacement parts and complete minor system repairs.
- Explain findings and repair options to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with our office team.
- Respond to service calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Preferred: 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience (strong candidates with less experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- A fast learner who enjoys expanding their technical knowledge.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Familiarity with electrical controls, wiring diagrams, and HVAC diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
